"Our Y4s had a brilliant day with the Roman soldier and have thoroughly impressed us with how much knowledge they have retained! All of the props (which had been properly cleaned and sanitised) really helped bring the era to life and the children could not believe it when they got to handle real swords! Murray was very engaging, managing to involve and entertain children with a wide range of abilities. Every single child was able to learn and the practical activities are something I'm sure lots of them will never forget.

All government guidance was followed regarding social distancing, handwashing and sanitising of equipment which meant that as teachers, we could relax and enjoy the learning too. Highly recommend!"

"Murray visited us in October with his Roman Day experience which the children thoroughly enjoyed. His wealth of knowledge and excellent resources really brought the Roman project alive. By necessity, the day was different to previous years, but Murray adjusted his presentation accordingly. As a school we were very impressed with his Covid-19 precautions, and Murray not only ensured he maintained the correct distance from children and staff throughout the day, but also brought sufficient equipment so that he could work in 3 classes across 1 bubble with no sharing, allowing 90 children to have an amazing experience."
